Participate in a gathering for those supporting a new breastfeeding mom (i.e. grandmothers, aunts, sisters, god parents, friends, etc.). The gathering includes information such as when a mom and baby needs extra support from a certified lactation counselor (CLC) or doctor, and where to find CLC’s when needed. Filled with activities, personal stories and advice from the CLC’s teaching, as well as other women attending. Please find babysitters for any child over the age of 1.
Third Wednesday of every month. Arrive between 4:45 and 4:55PM to be seated and ready for class to start by 5:00 PM, plan to stay until 6:15PM.
